3.3. Fulfil payment terms; work starts after payment receipt. In advance, 50% of full fee must be paid.
3.4. Communicate any concerns or queries promptly.
4. Payment and Price
4.1. Prices are based on our current rates at the time of the quote. Quotes are valid for seven days.
4.2. Additional charges may apply to timescale differences. A deadline of 72 hrs or less may incur an additional fee.
5. Services Availability
5.1. Services are subject to editor availability and workload.
5.2. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays in meeting deadlines.
6. Aftercare and Advice
6.1. Aftercare includes re-editing work based on changes made due to our suggestions.
6.2. Content suggestions provided are advisory; seek professional advice for legal, medical, financial, or scientific legitimacy of your text.
7. Limitations of Services
7.1. We do not validate facts, claims, conclusions, or research in your work.
7.2. We do not guarantee or check your work's level of plagiarism. This is your responsibility.
7.3. We check the format and consistency of references but not their validity in your work.
7.4. We cannot guarantee publication acceptance or specific grades.
8. Copyright and Confidentiality
8.1. You retain ownership and copyright of your submitted documents.
8.2. We maintain confidentiality; details of your work won’t be shared outside our business.
9. Document Retention and Accuracy
9.1. We retain documents for up to one year for archival purposes.
9.2. You're responsible for providing accurate personal and payment information.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
10.1. Work may include opinions not endorsed by us; we disclaim liability for information use.
